Today we should have celebrated Grace’s 3rd Birthday with her. Instead we took flowers to her grave and released a pink star balloon in her memory. We will release a second one from our garden this evening. I’ve shed some tears, thinking back to the events of this emotional day 3 years ago. I couldn’t sleep last night as I went over in my head being in hospital & the events leading to Grace’s fast arrival into the world.
We visited the Butterfly Farm at Stratford upon Avon this afternoon, highly recommend it, and we had lunch in the sunshine by the river. A beautiful day for our beautiful girl.
Also remembering Phoebe today who would have celebrated her 2nd birthday. Thinking of Fiona & her family.
