      Hi All.

      So sorry but I’m going to have to miss the meet today. I’m so disappointed as I was really looking forward to seeing you, it’s been ages, and to introducing Freddie. We have all been a bit poorly, colds, coughs & sickness bugs. Don’t want to risk passing anything on.

      Hope you have a nice lunch & look forward to seeing you next time.
